All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes, including GST, unless stated otherwise at checkout, and prices, offers and availability may change without prior notice, while any order placed at a price listed wrongly by a technical or typographical error may be cancelled with a full refund. Placing an order is an offer to purchase, and a contract is formed only when we accept the order and send you a confirmation; we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of stock unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud or incorrect information, and any amount deducted for an order that is not confirmed will be refunded to your original payment method.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways and we do not store your card, UPI or net banking details. You may request cancellation of an order before it is dispatched, and once an order has been shipped it can no longer be cancelled but may be returned or exchanged as provided in our Return and Exchange Policy, while shipping, delivery and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy, and these policies form part of these terms. All content on this website, including the Orelleclothing name, logo, designs, photographs, text and graphics, is our property and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws, and it may not be copied, reproduced, modified or used for commercial purposes without our written permission. You agree not to use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, not to attempt to hack, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems, not to use bots or automated tools to collect data, and not to place orders for resale without our written approval, and we may suspend access or cancel orders if these terms are violated.

The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and to the extent permitted by law Orelleclothing will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or for delays or interruptions beyond our reasonable control, with our total liability for any order limited to the amount you paid for that order, but nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer under applicable law.
