Shipping Policy

Orelleclothing ships across India. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms below.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery takes 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Remote locations may take a few extra days, and delays can happen due to weather, festivals or courier issues.
  • We currently ship within India only.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Cash on Delivery orders may have an extra handling fee.
  • All product prices include applicable taxes (GST), unless shown otherwise at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking details by SMS, WhatsApp or email.

Address & Failed Delivery

  • Please enter a complete and correct address and phone number at checkout.
  • If delivery fails because you are unreachable or the address is wrong, reshipping charges will be paid by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

  • Record an unboxing video while opening your parcel.
  • If the product is damaged or incorrect, inform us within 48 hours of delivery on Call/WhatsApp - 9983841498 with your order number, the video and photos.
  • After verification, we will replace the product or refund you at no extra shipping cost.
